I will never buy from you again. We had a fairly large order we bought to give as gifts. The box arrived warm and I even took a temp reading. Called customer service and explained. Told tough luck, no replacement or refund. As expected, when product was opened, it was compromised (melted and reformed in fridge). Will never buy Royce again
