This selection features crinkle-cut potato chips coated with white chocolate infused with Uji Matcha and pistachio paste. The chips themselves are also seasoned with matcha and a hint of Sansho Japanese pepper from Wakamaya, Japan.

The medley of flavors has resulted into a sweet and salty confection with a refreshing citrus aroma, as the salty taste of potato chips complement the bittersweet richness and sweetness of the matcha chocolate together with the mild spicy taste and invigorating smell of Sansho Japanese pepper.
