This has crinkle-cut potato chips coated with aromatic matcha chocolate infused with pistachio paste, resulting into a sweet and salty confection with a rich flavor balanced with a refreshing hint of bitterness. Mild tasting Ishigaki no Shio specialty salt from Okinawa, Japan is used in this selection.
