Not good. The chocolates arrived in a complete liquid state. You forgot to pack the dry ice so when I opened the box, liquid chocolate poured out all over the counter and the chocolates were completely ruined.

I ordered four boxes of chocolates at a price that was by no means cheap; however, when I received the delivery, the chocolates had melted—they clearly hadn't been stored properly. It was a truly terrible experience, and it will be my last—I have absolutely no desire to return and make another purchase.

It literally MELTS in your mouth! It’s so deliciously creamy yet light as to not have the same dense feeling like fudge. The shipping took a few days and it arrived in perfect condition! Nothing was melted although the dry ice was all gone.
