This is my second attempt at ordering this chocolate delivery. And for the second time, it arrived out of temp with no ice remaining, even after I begged them to add more ice this second attempt. They fight tooth and nail with refunds so I took pictures this time showing the temp is 20 degrees outside their stated safety temp. I’m so infuriated by this company. If you’re going to sell $100 chocolate, do your due diligence and pack it better. This is insane!

The entire package was in a cooler bag, yet wll boxes were melted and ice bags were hot. I would rather purchase in-store than get them shipped now, considering there is a final sale, no refund policy. Disappointed to not be able to eat them upon arrival.

I love how creamy and the taste of the chocolates! I got matcha, au late, and mild cacao. Matcha is more for older people who enjoy the matcha taste with a bit of liquor. Au late is a little bitter but it becomes sweeter when you continue to eat it. And finally, Mild Cacao is milk chocolate, I’d recommend it for those who can’t handle bitter chocolate.

It’s only slightly bitter, which is perfect for me since I don’t like chocolates that are super bitter or dark. I’d recommend this if you have similar tastes to me. It’s very light while simultaneously have a deep flavor?? Idk how to describe it exactly but it’s definitely something you should try at least once.

I received this as a gift and after tasting I had to review it. I'm not kidding when I say this is the best chocolate I've ever had. It's creamy, decadent, just the right amount of sweetness. It's covered in cacao powder so it's bitter on the outside, and the fudgy chocolate counteracts the bitterness of the cacao. I plan on ordering for gifts as well!

As I was preparing to leave NYC after living there for 2 years, I decided to invite my mother out to Brooklyn for a few days. As she had never been, we did all the tourist things that are commonly associated with New York City. As we were walking off our lunch, we came across Royce. It was a spur of the moment stop. My mother loves trying new chocolates so we popped in and had a sample. I was blown away. The Nama mild cocoa was perfect. It was one of the most exquisite bites I’ve had in my entire life. Buy this chocolate.
