Arrived out of temp for the second time. Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. They don’t pack enough ice even when requested. Why sell $100 chocolate and then pack it so poorly that it’s not safe for consumption?

Nama Chocolate “Ecuador Sweet”

The Nama Chocolate is the best chocolate I have ever enjoyed. The Dutch do NOT make the best chocolate. If you are looking for an amazing chocolate experience, do yourself a favor and try Nama Chocolate “Ecuador Sweet, by Royce. You WILL NOT regret it!!!
