Arrived out of temp for the second time. Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. They don’t pack enough ice even when requested. Why sell $100 chocolate and then pack it so poorly that it’s not safe for consumption?

The product is THE BEST chocolate I have ever had!!
Bought these back in March 2026 on my visit to beautiful Portland at Washington Square Mall. Took it home to Trinidad as a gift to staff and it was a hit! The only complaint was that I had not brought enough so it was "rationed" to one bar per staff member.
I have had this chocolate in the past and if possible I think it is even better now than I remember! There is no other chocolate like this one! I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!
