Melted chocolates on arrival. No dry ice with packaging

I am very disappointed with how my packaged arrived. The chocolates were brought in the house as soon as it was delivered however, the chocolates were melted because there was no dry ice that was included in the package as it was advertised in the packaging. Now, I’ll have to chill the chocolates in the fridge before enjoying them due to the poor packaging.
