Arrived out of temp for the second time. Getting in touch with customer service is a nightmare. They don’t pack enough ice even when requested. Why sell $100 chocolate and then pack it so poorly that it’s not safe for consumption?

No idea. Do not have it to have an experience. What’s your problem? Don’t you know I do not have the product.

Chocolate is GREAT, but shipping, bad.

I LOVE this chocolate, but when it arrived, I was home and retrieved it immediately. The package was warm. I refrigerated the chocolate right away, but when I opened the first box, half of the chocolate had melted. It still tastes good, but it was not the best look as I gave it as a gift. Very disappointing. There was no dry ice left and the package was warm through and through.

Melted

This is the second time in 30 days I placed an order. Thought the first was anomaly but clearly whomever packs does not take into account where the product is going. Upon receipt, I took it from UPS’s hands, the ice inside has melted and leaked out. There was some water left in the open bag and the chocolates were HOT! Maybe you should consider seasonal deliveries since clearly no one knows how to pack for a location like Las Vegas.

Eureka!

A premium delicacy. Unlike any chocolate I’ve ever experienced. The ghanna bitter flavor and the velvety smooth texture is beyond comparison or description. Just a tad heavier than whipped cream, the texture alone will capture your attention and the flavor is sure to arouse and enlist your palate with a desire for more.

As a chocolate expert I choose Ghana beans bitter to get well balanced strong cacao taste and low acidity

Nama Ghana Bitter

What can I say? All the nama chocolates transport you straight to heaven, if only momentarily until the piece in your mouth melts and disappears.
But, the Ghana bitter is woth a special mention. Despite its name, it is nowhere near "bitter" and has the dark cacao flavor and aroma sweetened just so that perfection is all mouth feel once you put it on the tongue. Every time I pass through Tokyo, I get a dozen to 20 of these and give it away to friends as present. It costs almost thrice as much, here in the US retail outlets, but if you aren't going to Japan anytime soon, it's worth it once in a while. Try it and you'll be glad to be an addict to ROYCE nama chokuretto.

Melts in your mouth and not too bitter

Purchased a box of Nama - Ghana in store and kept it in the fridge. The chocolate was very smooth, not too sweet, but not that bitter as expected.
